excellent staff super clean equipment
the staff was excellent . the workout facilities featured super clean equipment and many options. the in-room workspace had a very thoughtful design, i could work with ease.
i found the hotel interiors quite dated. the hotel lobby seemed like it was from the 1990s.

the room had a great view of the harbour (i could see the ships). the bar had a stylish atmosphere. i found the location convenient, close to many attractions.
i noticed an unexpected charge from the minibar on my credit card, it was for an item i did not consume, i have contacted the hotel to resolve this.

erroneous charge lack of response
the location was indeed central.
i encountered a charge on my credit card for an item from the minibar i did not consume. it was a small amount (around $10.20), but it raised concerns about trust (i found it insulting). i emailed the hotel about it, but i am yet to receive a response.

the rooms are very spacious with good views of the opera house. i liked luxury bedding. the staff ensured i have quality amenities . the location provided convenient access to circular quay and various attractions.
